Terms of purchase

You who shop with us are covered by the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act.

Ordering
Order by adding items to cart. Go to checkout and fill in your name and address. Pay with one of the options available in the checkout.

Payment

Payment through Klarna, PayPal or credit card.

For business customers also invoice (contact me in advance)

Minimum age
You must be 18 years of age or older.

Protection of personal data
In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to complete and provide the service you expect from us. According to the PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information that we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In that case, contact us.
We also assure that we will not hand over any personal data to anyone else.

Misprints and product images
We reserve the right for possible printing errors in all parts of the webshop. Also note that the images can never reflect a product's actual appearance, color or size.
However, we have put a lot of work into ensuring that the images are as fair as possible.

Prices
All prices in the webshop are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.

Shipping and delivery
The goods are delivered with PostNord.
The shipping cost within Sweden isbetween 54 - 69 SEK per order depending on size and weight.
We normally deliver within 4 days. Otherwise, we will contact you.

For personally designed products (color, engraving, etc., we deliver as soon as the product is manufactured, usually within 14 days of ordering)
If you discover damage to your package already at the time of delivery, report this directly to your package delivery point, otherwise see "Complaints" below.

Complaints
If any product in your order is damaged or incorrect, you must complain about it within a reasonable time from the time the error was discovered. If a product is faulty, we are responsible for the return shipping and reimburse you with the amount you paid for the product plus the shipping fee. If you want to get a new copy of the same product, we will send a new one free of charge and reimburse the return shipping.

Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods are fully reimbursed when returned in undamaged condition in their packaging, excluding return shipping costs. Refunds are made as soon as possible, within 5 days, after the return of the item.

Right of exchange
You have 14 days right of exchange that runs from the day you received your order. The product to be exchanged must be returned in unopened/original condition.
If you change to another model of the same product, you only pay the return shipping. Otherwise, the cost of shipping will be added as for a new order.

Dispute
We always strive to solve any problems in agreement with the customer. But in the event of a dispute, we refer to the General Complaints Board.
